This the best time of year for The National Football League. The most popular sports league is dominating the airwaves.
The Super Bowl is coming with the Cincinnati Bengles against The Los Angeles Rams on February 13th. Tom Brady perhaps the best Quarterback ever just retired, and everything NFL is making news.
However, there is trouble for the NFL as well. One man is suing the NFL over discriminatory hiring practices. I won’t get into the details of the lawsuit but it’s not good. Nevertheless with the big game coming up football fever is here and I will be sad when it’s finished.
The other thing I’m writing about today is the weather. For Winter it’s been great. In fact it’s been so nice I’ve been sitting outside enjoying the sights and sounds of what seems like Spring.
But I know it’s still Winter and am prepared for some more stormy Winter weather to come. I understand the “Snowbird” mentality where is would be nice to spend Winters in a warm climate but I’m here in Waldport and am ready for more Winter, but the Super Bowl is coming up and I’m ready to rock!
