Well after Thanksgiving I had a very full stomach, now I have a very full brain. This is the season where Football is all over television, both the National Football League and College are closing in on playoffs and eventually the best teams will prevail. Thus as a Football fan I’m constantly trying to figure out who is who, and who is the best. The University of Oregon Ducks are heading to a playoff game and then possibly the Rose Bowl if they win.
However I find the best way to clear my brain of Football thoughts is to go outside and explore the beauty of The Central Oregon Coast. Just stepping out on a sunny, but brisk, day is a joy.
Then the only problem is deciding which way to go on a Coastal tour. What a tough decision to make. Go North or go South or just stay home and take in the sights and sounds of where you live. Any choice you make is going to be a winner. The multitude of sights here compared to other parts of this state are amazing. The Ocean, the Rivers, the Forrest’s; are sights to behold. Beats the heck out of a city full of cement and traffic going a break neck speed.
Sure at times the traffic here on The Coast can be heavy, but we’ve learned to handle it. Folks around here tend to be more forgiving in heavy traffic than those who live in cities. If you get into a traffic jam here just look around and you’re sure to find a bit of Central Oregon Coast scenery that will a pleasure to your eyes! Be safe, and enjoy your travels, it’s a fun way to live!
